Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ABX Tool website and your purchase of products from us. ABX Tool is operated by ABX Tool S.r.l.. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Where applicable, VAT is shown or added in accordance with law; Pro/B2B prices may be displayed net of VAT.

• Product images and descriptions are for reference and may differ slightly from the item supplied.
• We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product information at any time.
• Promotions, coupons, and reward points are subject to their own conditions.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to ABX Tool S.r.l. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
