Overview
At ABX Tool we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. This page explains how we process and ship orders, expected delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most in-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times and Coverage
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout, and depend on your location and the items ordered. Typical standard delivery within Italy is 2–6 business days after dispatch; deliveries to other regions may take longer.
Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed, as transit times depend on our carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of your order. Promotional or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking reference where available. You can also follow your order status from the "My Orders" section of your account.
Large and Heavy Items
Some industrial and oversized products are delivered by dedicated freight carriers. For these items, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery slot. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Us page so we can resolve it quickly. Where possible, keep the packaging until the issue is settled.
