We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return an item and get a refund or replacement. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Return Window
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, simply let us know of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- In their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
How to Start a Return
To start a return, go to the "Returns & Refunds" section of your account, or contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Us page. We will provide return instructions and the address to send the item to.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us promptly. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover the cost of return and will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, or once they have been installed or used. Any such exceptions will be made clear before purchase.
